Marilyn Wilson (Practice Manager):
Marilyn is another member of the Wilson family and a Redlands resident. As well as being an experienced veterinary nurse, Marilyn is the VRVS Practice Manager and co-ordinates the smooth running of the VRVS Team.
Marilyn works mostly from her home office, but when she's in the clinic, feel free to pop in and say hi.
Trudie Humphrys (Client Care Co-ordinator):
Trudie is a local Redlands resident who shares her home with her husband Pat, their football-crazy two-legged son and fairy-crazy two-legged daughter and their two just-plain-crazy four-legged sons of the pussy-cat variety, one of whom seems determined to test both Dr Jodie's surgical skills and the limits of pet insurance! Teefa, a rescued Shih tzu X dog, was also lucky enough to join the Humphrys clan recently.
Trudie says she's learned a lot about looking after her pets since she joined the VRVS team as a receptionist and then a nurse, particularly in the areas of nutrition and behaviour. She's also become passionate about our client's customer experience at Vienna Road Veterinary Surgery and Trudie would love to hear about your experiences with us, whether we've wowed you, or you feel that we might have some room for improvement. We're always striving to make our service to you even better, so talk to Trudie and you can help us to do just that.
Amanda Mase:
Amanda is also a long-term Redlands resident, living with her husband Tim, and two two-legged children in the family home. Amanda's Siamese cat, Mia, is pretty sure the house belongs to her, but she lets the people stay there too. They're pretty useful for opening cat food, after all. Mia isn't so sure about the Staffy that seems to hang around with Amanda, or the other pussy-cat that suddenly appeared about twelve years ago, but she can't be bothered evicting them. Amanda appreciates Mia's generosity.
Amanda is currently studying Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing, and is really enjoying applying her new knowledge when caring for our patients. She particularly enjoys surgical nursing, and is becoming an excellent anaesthetic assistant - caring for our patients during surgery.
Laura Bulow:
Laura is a relatively new addition to the VRVS team, having joined us as a volunteer in late 2009. Laura is about to begin studies in Veterinary Nursing, and is looking forward to learning more to help her become even better with client and patient care.
